Oisix ra daichi Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kohei Takashima; hereinafter: the Company), a provider of food subscription services, is publicly releasing its unique 'Return-to-Work Certificate' template and 'Return-to-Work Support Program' as initiatives to support employees returning from childcare leave. Remaining Challenges After Returning to Work, Despite Progress in System Development

The revision of the 'Child Care and Family Care Leave Act,' which came into effect in two stages in April and October 2025, included provisions for system development to support the balance between work and childcare. Specifically, companies are now obligated to confirm employees' intentions to take childcare leave, and are required to offer multiple flexible working options such as changes in start times, telework, and reduced working hours. Furthermore, support systems have been expanded, including an increase in the eligible age for childcare nursing leave. However, challenges remain after returning to work that cannot be fully covered by systems alone, such as anxiety about catching up on work and the burden of balancing childcare and work in daily life. Amidst the progress in system development, the importance of effective initiatives to support the smooth transition back to work is increasing.

Return-to-Work Support Initiatives Publicly Released on Official Note, Available for Anyone to Use

The Company began holding 'Return-to-Work Ceremonies' in 2017, prompted by an employee's personal experience of struggling with adapting to changes in the workplace environment after returning from childcare leave. The Return-to-Work Ceremony is a venue for supervisors and colleagues to express 'Welcome back' to employees returning from childcare leave, aiming to alleviate anxiety about returning to work and encourage smooth reintegration into the workplace. Furthermore, through a return-to-work support program that includes pre-return lectures, interviews, and opportunities for interaction among returning employees, the Company has comprehensively supported their initial transition back to work.

This year, marking the 10th anniversary, the template for the 'Return-to-Work Certificate' presented to returning employees and the details of the return-to-work support program will be publicly released on the Company's official note. By widely sharing these in a format that can be utilized regardless of company size or industry, the Company aims to expand the social reach of initiatives supporting employees returning to work.
