Oisix ra daichi Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kohey Takashima; hereinafter: the Company), which provides a food subscription service, is publicly sharing its unique "Return to Work Certificate" template and "Return to Work Support Program" for the first time as an initiative to support employees returning to work from childcare leave. The Company has been holding "Return to Work Ceremonies" to welcome returning employees since 2017, and this year marks its 10th milestone. Taking this opportunity, we aim to foster a culture that positively welcomes returning employees by widely sharing our accumulated initiatives in a format that can be utilized regardless of company size or industry. Simultaneously, to reduce the burden after returning to work, starting Thursday, April 2, 2026, we will sell a trial set of "Deli Oisix"—a dinner service offered by Oisix that allows meals to be completed simply by heating—as part of our spring new lifestyle support campaign.
Remaining "Post-Return" Challenges Despite Advancing Institutional Arrangements The revisions to the "Childcare and Family Care Leave Act," implemented in two stages in April and October 2025, incorporated institutional developments to support the balancing of work and childcare. Specifically, it became mandatory for companies to confirm intentions to take childcare leave, and as measures to realize flexible working styles, they are required to present multiple work style options such as changes in starting times, telework, and shortened working hours. Furthermore, systems supporting this balance have been expanded, such as raising the target age for children's nursing care leave. On the other hand, challenges remain after returning to work that cannot be fully covered by the system alone, such as anxiety about catching up on tasks and the life burden of balancing childcare and work. As institutional arrangements advance, the importance of effective initiatives to support the initial transition period after returning to work is increasing.
Return to Work Support Initiatives Published on Official Note, Available to Anyone The Company has been holding "Return to Work Ceremonies" since 2017, prompted by the real-life experiences of employees who had worries and anxieties about adapting to changes in the workplace environment after returning. The Return to Work Ceremony is an opportunity for managers and colleagues to convey a feeling of "welcome back" to employees returning from childcare leave, aiming to reduce anxiety about returning and encourage smooth re-adaptation to the workplace. In addition, through a return to work support program that includes pre-return courses, interviews, and creating opportunities for returning employees to interact with each other, we have multifaceted support for their transition period after returning. This year, which marks the 10th milestone, we will publish the template for the "Return to Work Certificate" given to returning employees and the contents of the Return to Work Support Program on the Company's official Note. By widely publishing them in a format that can be used regardless of company size or industry, we aim to socially expand initiatives that support returning employees.
