1. Hand-Drip Coffee

The coffee we serve values the "steaming" time, allowing the original blend beans to gently swell, suppressing bitterness and bringing out a clear taste. It's easy to drink as the coffee flavor isn't too strong, and we adjust the beans and steaming time to match our ohagi. We aim to provide a heartwarming cup that lightens the drinker's spirit.

2. Handmade Ohagi with Reduced Sweetness

To accompany our aromatic coffee, we surprisingly recommend "ohagi." The combination of coffee and ohagi might seem unexpected, but they pair so well that we opened this shop specifically to popularize this pairing. We carefully select high-quality ingredients for glutinous rice, anko (sweet red bean paste), and kinako (roasted soybean flour), offering ohagi with reduced sweetness that you won't tire of even if you eat it daily, allowing you to enjoy it without guilt.

3. Carefully Chosen Location and Space

In addition to "coffee" and "ohagi," there was one more essential element for opening the shop: opening it in Kota-cho. During my previous job in sales, I visited Kota-cho and was touched by its nature, the blend of old and new houses, and the kindness of everyone I met. I decided to open the shop here, hoping to give back to this beloved town by providing a comforting space that feels like inviting people into my own home.
