Open House Architect Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mitsuo Nagai; hereinafter referred to as "Open House Architect") will begin utilizing the "Heatstroke Safety Check Function" at detached house construction sites from Wednesday, July 1, using the entry/exit data from its in-house developed construction management app, "Architect Jump," in anticipation of this summer's record-breaking heat.

Delayed detection of heatstroke is a serious issue for the entire industry, not just at large construction sites but also at detached house construction sites. Therefore, Open House Architect has developed a system that automatically checks the safety of workers on-site three times a day, linked to the entry/exit records in the app used daily by craftsmen. Reporting is completed with a simple operation that does not require text input in response to notifications, allowing for integrated management from entry/exit to heatstroke checks as an extension of daily operations, without increasing the input workload at the site. This system will remotely protect the safety of craftsmen, and by notifying supervisors in case of no response, we will promote "On-site DX" to prepare for heatstroke risks.

Unique Features and Strengths of the "Heatstroke Safety Check Function" By eliminating the hurdles of increased workload for craftsmen and the introduction of expensive dedicated devices, and by applying the mechanism of the existing construction management app "Architect Jump," which boasts a 99% real-time update rate within the company, we have achieved smooth site adoption by integrating it into the existing workflow naturally. For partner companies, it also has the characteristic of being highly effective for labor management, as it covers everything from entry/exit to safety checks simply by registering craftsmen in the system.

Automated Flow The series of steps, "Notification → Automated Voice Navigation Dial → Notification to Supervisor," are smoothly linked.

1 Real-time Linkage with "Entry/Exit Data" When a craftsman records "Entry" on the smartphone app upon arrival at the site, the system automatically determines "who is currently on which site."

2 Automatic Safety Check Three Times a Day, Targeted Only at Those Present Instead of a mass broadcast to everyone, safety checks are conducted three times a day directly to the smartphones of craftsmen who have entered the site. (Number of times and times can be set on the management screen).

3 Safety Management with "Zero Burden" for Both Craftsmen and Supervisors If there are no health issues, craftsmen only need to tap a button in response to the notification, with no additional burden of health input. If they are not feeling well, they can immediately contact their supervisor, preventing heatstroke. If there is no response to the automated voice call, a notification is sent to the site supervisor in charge, enabling immediate phone contact.
