Open House Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryosuke Fukuoka; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has made a donation of 390 million yen on March 27, 2026, to support the regional co-creation projects undertaken by Otofuke Town (Mayor: Shinji Ono). This brings the total contribution to 400 million yen, including donations made in fiscal year 2024. This initiative will contribute to the further development of regional co-creation projects in Otofuke Town and the success of various development projects, while continuing our commitment to regional co-creation, particularly in the Hokkaido Tokachi region.

The Company Group launched the "Hokkaido/Tokachi Vision 2030 (Tentative Name)" in December 2024, aiming to donate and invest a total of 10 billion yen by around 2030 to support regional co-creation in Hokkaido, focusing on the Tokachi region. As part of this initiative, in February 2025, an agreement was signed at the Otofuke Town Hall to donate a total of 1 billion yen by fiscal year 2028 to support projects such as the revitalization of the Tokachigawa Onsen region undertaken by Otofuke Town. Furthermore, in April 2025, a donation of 1 billion yen was made to Obihiro City, Hokkaido (Mayor: Norihisa Yonezawa) through the Corporate Hometown Tax Donation system.

Hokkaido is a land rich in culinary culture nurtured by its beautiful nature and full of charm in its culture and history, captivating people from Japan and abroad. On the other hand, economic and social disparities between urban and rural areas within Hokkaido have become an issue, and depopulation is progressing in rural areas due to the effects of an aging population and declining birthrate. In such regions, our group aims to create local employment, attract immigrants and tourists, and realize a sustainable society by developing regional co-creation projects, leveraging the knowledge gained in Gunma Prefecture.
