Background and Purpose of Establishment
Tomizawa Shoten has always proposed the "joy of handmade creation" and "authentic flavors" through carefully selected ingredients and tools, ranging from confectionery and baking ingredients to seasonings, ingredients, and utensils used in cooking. As part of this initiative, the Jiyugaoka Studio in Tokyo has operated cooking classes with themes of both confectionery/baking and daily cooking, continuously refining the experiential value based on course content, operational know-how, and feedback from participants.
