This marks the fourth consecutive year of receiving this contract, following FY2023, and the contract period will be three years starting this fiscal year.

In order to contribute to the local community, ODS Corporation aims to further improve the educational environment for nurturing the next generation of children through the repair know-how cultivated over many years at its Tottori office and staff familiar with the educational field, thereby supporting the enhancement of education utilizing ICT equipment.

In Tottori Prefecture, with the phased introduction of education utilizing one tablet per person in prefectural schools starting in FY2022, the 'Tottori Prefectural Board of Education GIGA School Operation Support Center' was established to enhance support for basic operations of tablets and related equipment, and various applications used by students and faculty in classes. Furthermore, to respond to the accelerating digitalization of education, the 'Education DX Promotion Division' was newly established within the Tottori Prefectural Education Center in FY2023, jointly responsible for promoting ICT utilization, hardware development, and security management. In FY2024, the 'Tottori Prefecture School Education DX Promotion Plan' was formulated, aiming to foster human resources who can proactively utilize information and become creators of a sustainable society. Efforts are underway to improve teachers' ICT utilization guidance skills and enhance foundational infrastructure, promoting Education DX.

**[Services]** * Responding to inquiries regarding GIGA School operations from Tottori Prefectural schools and municipal boards of education. * Management and updating of the GIGA School Operation Support Center website (including creation and updating of Q&A and manuals for faculty and staff). * Support for Google Admin Console operations in prefectural schools and MDM management/operation support for prefectural special needs schools. * Information provision via Google Classroom, etc. * Confirmation of inappropriate sharing settings for data within Google Drive, and other related tasks.

Requirements for receiving this contract include having qualified individuals with ICT Support Staff Certification and being thoroughly familiar with Google Workspace for Education to respond to questions and consultations from faculty and staff in Tottori Prefectural schools, demanding high-level technical expertise and sufficient knowledge in GIGA School operation support.

Our company's service base is located in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture. We have long been engaged in repair services for our own business information terminals (tablet PCs) and GIGA School iPad terminals for students. We have established a repair system by experienced repair staff, and a system capable of smoothly performing technical support, help desk, and support operations. In 2024, we also launched Chromebook repair services to realize the 'GIGA School Initiative Phase 2*' for the preparation and renewal of one-device-per-student terminals in schools. Furthermore, since January 2026, we have also started a corporate device trade-in service for tablets, including iOS and Android OS products. Currently, many of our staff have obtained certifications such as ICT Support Staff and Google for Education certified qualifications, and we are developing 'ICT Support Services' to support the learning environment, which is advancing digitally through the GIGA School Initiative, from various aspects.
