Our company was founded in 1924 as 'Odazo Shoten' and sold hardware and daily necessities.
Later, in 1946, the founder Shoichi Oda planned to launch a flour milling business, introduced a roll milling machine in 1948, constructed a flour mill in 1949, and began the flour milling business in earnest.

By pursuing the ease of finding and reading information, and establishing an environment that can be comfortably accessed from any device, we aim to improve usability.
We newly opened a dedicated page for the functional flour brand 'ZOO Series', explaining its features such as freeze/thaw resistance and water absorption in an easy-to-understand manner, and also posted a promotional video to visually appeal the charm of the product.
Furthermore, with an eye on expanding into the Asian market, we are proceeding with the construction of a multilingual site supporting Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Toward a launch after May 2026, we are promoting the multilingualization of product information and company information.
