Odakyu SC Development has expanded its third-party property management business by securing new operational and leasing contracts for three commercial properties located in Machida, Sagamihara, and Yamato, bringing its total outsourced portfolio to seven properties.

Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Waichiro Hosoya, hereinafter "the Company") announces that starting sequentially from February 2026, it has been contracted for the real estate property operation and management of three properties: "Elements Machida Building" (Machida City, Tokyo), "RacAl Odasaga" (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) *Note 1, and "Yamato Sky Building" (Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture). The Company is a commercial facility operating company of the Odakyu Group that has handled the development, operation, and renewal of numerous commercial facilities along the Odakyu lines, including Shinjuku. Leveraging the expertise cultivated thus far, we are working to improve asset values and create regional liveliness at non-group facilities while responding to the diverse needs of owners. With the contracting of these three properties, the total number of outsourced properties outside the group has reached seven. We will continue to widely deploy the operational capabilities cultivated in both urban centers and suburbs, and contribute to the enhancement of facility value and the commercial revitalization of each region through commercial facility management tailored to regional characteristics.
