Tokai University and Odakyu Electric Railway Conclude Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

Tokai University (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Yoshiaki Matsumae) and Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeru Suzuki) concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement on educational/research activities and regional value creation on Monday, March 30, 2026. This agreement expands and develops the scope of existing agreements in the healthcare field (concluded in 2021) and sports field (concluded in 2022). Going forward, they will broadly promote activities contributing to human resource development, mutual exchange, ensuring regional safety and security, and regional revitalization. Specifically, they aim to expand social contribution activities by leveraging their respective strengths, such as extending the healthy life expectancy of residents along the line through the Tokai University Hospital (Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and promoting sports with Tokai University Sagami Junior and Senior High School (Sagami-shi, Kanagawa Prefecture), along with Odakyu Electric Railway's direct customer touchpoints. Through this agreement, both parties will combine Tokai University's academic insights with Odakyu Electric Railway's business foundation to contribute to the creation of new value and sustainable town development in the surrounding region.
