Odakyu Electric Railway Conducts FY2026 Entrance Ceremony

Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeru Suzuki) held its FY2026 entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Romancecar Museum (Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture), welcoming a total of 104 new employees. On the same day, the company also began initiatives to create a more comfortable working environment for every employee, including the introduction of a housing support system and the enhancement of wellness measures.
