Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideo Igarashi) is pleased to announce that the special website for its traditional Japanese house relocation and restoration project 'KATARITSUGI' has won the Bronze Award in the 'Website <Product/Event PR>' category at the 47th 2026 Japan BtoB Advertising Awards, hosted by the Japan BtoB Advertising Association.

The awarded website, under the project concept of 'passing down the cherished traditions of Japanese living,' carefully visualizes the history, regional culture, and emotional stories of people who lived in traditional houses across Japan, while also communicating the value of new homes built with reclaimed timber. The judges highly praised the narrative that connects regions, materials, and time—such as 160-year-old timber from Niigata's heavy snow region being reborn in new homes along the Odakyu railway line.
