In 2023, an exchange match was held between the Chukyo Dai Chukyo Soccer Club and the Nagoya Oceans U-18 team, the upper organization of our school. Witnessing their gameplay, Manager Suzumura of the club realized the developmental effects of futsal. This prompted our school to conduct 10 futsal training sessions annually for the club's members (continuing for 3 years). This opening was realized with the desire to deliver the results of this training to local children.
In recent years, the developmental effects of futsal have gained attention in the professional soccer world as well. It is well known that many global superstars like Neymar, Messi, and Iniesta have futsal backgrounds, and renowned manager Guardiola of Barcelona and Manchester City actively incorporates futsal into his coaching. In Brazil and Spain, futsal is integrated into soccer coaching guidelines, making the fusion of the two sports a global trend.
