Ocean and unbot conclude business alliance agreement

Ocean, operator of 'Ocean Tax Refund', and unbot, an East Asian digital marketing firm, have formed a business alliance. Ahead of Japan's November 2026 shift to a refund-style tax exemption system, they will jointly support retailers. This partnership combines unbot's marketing prowess with Ocean's zero-cost platform, offering a one-stop solution for pre-visit marketing, in-store tax procedures, and post-visit cross-border e-commerce.
