The 'Back Office Awards' is an initiative by 'Manegy,' a specialized site for back-office personnel and professionals operated by MS-Japan, to select services and systems that are truly valued by those working in back-office departments.

Unlike traditional surveys based on sales or the number of companies implementing a system, this survey targets only those working in accounting, finance, HR, legal, general affairs, and corporate planning departments nationwide. It evaluates systems and services that they have 'actually used and compared,' identifying those that are truly effective.
