Our company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to express dreams.

This press release is the dream of "Ogai Holdings Co., Ltd."

Ogai Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture) is promoting the construction of medical infrastructure centered on dental technology, Medical MaaS (Medical Mobility as a Service), corporate dental checkups, and oral data utilization, with the aim of realizing a society where "healthcare is an unconscious presence."

In addition to existing medical services such as outpatient, home visit, and online care, we are advocating for an evolution from "delivering healthcare" to "healthcare being unconscious," challenging a new form of healthcare focused on prediction and prevention.

We have a dream.

That is, to create a world where healthcare is no longer something special.

And another, to realize a society where the number of people suffering from illness is as close to zero as possible.

## Everything started from the reality of "inability to eat."

Our origin is the reality that "there are people who cannot eat."

Not being able to chew or swallow is not just an inconvenience.

It leads to worsening nutritional status, declining physical strength, and even deprives people of connections with others.

However, in reality, there are challenges:
