I believe nursing managers are among the loneliest people in the field. They are forced to make decisions daily without clear answers, and there's no platform to share their struggles. Male nurses once experienced similar loneliness. As a minority, isolated in the field, they had no colleagues to share their concerns with. Creating a supportive environment for such male nurses is the origin of our association.
The 2026 revision of medical service fees (Reiwa 8 fiscal year) has prominently featured nursing quality, including "high-quality home nursing."
