Nulab Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President: Masanori Hashimoto; hereinafter "Nulab") will hold a SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 partner event on Monday, April 27, 2026, co-hosted with DEEPCORE as part of its new business creation program, "Nu Source."

For this event, we will welcome Mr. Kimiharu Kurokawa, CEO of Learner’s Learner, who introduced "Managing Complexity*1" to Japan, as a guest. The panel discussion will focus on the essential qualities of innovation talent that serve as the foundation for business development—qualities we must return to now more than ever.

*1: A leadership training program for professionals and leaders developed based on the educational methodology of Minerva University in the United States.

Background and Event Overview With the rise of LLMs (Large Language Models), the time required for prototype development and the realization of ideas has been dramatically reduced. While the barriers to building have lowered, shifting us into an era where "anyone can create," the difficulty of identifying the "essence of the problem" to be solved and elevating it into sustainable business value has become relatively higher.

"Ideas that are just AI implementations" often fail to reach essential "problem solving" and frequently stagnate at the level of individual development before they can scale as a business. Now that coding ability is no longer a unique technical advantage, what are the skills required to overcome difficulties and open up new markets?

In this event, centered on Minerva-style leadership for surviving in an uncertain era, we will explore hints for the mindset required of innovation talent in the post-LLM era to connect technology to true value.
