■ Background of the Renewal As part of a rebranding effort looking ahead to further strengthening the real estate business, we have completely renewed the corporate site of Nippon TV Real Estate to convey its corporate philosophy and broad range of businesses more comprehensibly.
In particular, the goal is to communicate the company's initiatives and business areas in an easily understandable way to those newly learning about the company, including students engaged in job hunting.
■ Key Points of the Renewal
### 1. Top Page Presentation Symbolizing the Corporate Philosophy Under the overall site concept of 'Creating the Future (Town),' the top view employs visual expressions that symbolize the corporate philosophy.
Centered around three keywords—'Creating Towns,' 'Supporting Broadcasting,' and 'Valuing Nature'—we implemented a dynamic visual presentation using the corporate logo as a motif. By combining photos tailored to each keyword, the design conveys the expansiveness of the business and the company's warm atmosphere.
### 2. Site Architecture for Smooth Access to Key Content We reviewed the information architecture of the entire site and constructed a navigation structure that allows users to smoothly access their target information.
We increased the pathways from the top page to intuitively transition to major contents such as 'Corporate Information,' 'Business Description,' and 'Recruitment Information,' realizing a highly navigable site experience so users can easily reach the content they are interested in.
### 3. Visual Expression for Intuitive Understanding of Business Details The company's business domains are organized into three areas: 'Asset Management,' 'Building Management,' and 'Other Services,' expressed with symbolic and simple visuals.
Adopting a highly scannable user interface, diverse operations are organized with icons.
Furthermore, by incorporating a BENTO-style panel layout design, the structure allows users to intuitively understand business details almost like a game. Detailed information is displayed in a pop-up format, accommodating smartphone viewing, and is designed to clearly explain complex business contents using photos and concise text.
