NTT Data MSE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kohoku-ku, Yokohama; President and Representative Director: En Fujiwara; hereinafter "the Company") has been certified as "White 500" — an honor granted to the top 500 corporations in the large enterprise division — for the second consecutive year under the "Excellent Health Management Corporation 2026 (Large Enterprise Division)" program promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.
The Company has positioned "valuing employees and enhancing their sense of fulfillment at work" as one of the key themes in its sustainability policy. Toward that goal, it has promoted health management as an organizational and ongoing initiative — treating employee health not as a personal matter but as a management issue. These efforts have been recognized, leading to the "White 500" certification for the second consecutive year. ■ Overview of the Excellent Health Management Corporation Program This is a commendation program certified by the Japan Health Council, aimed at creating an environment where large corporations and SMEs that practice excellent health management are made "visible" and can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, business partners, and financial institutions. Among these, the top 500 corporations in the large enterprise division that practice especially outstanding health management are certified as "White 500."
Health Management Initiatives The Company's health management efforts are built around three pillars: "Building Awareness," "Establishing Behavioral Habits," and "Creating a Healthy Work Environment."
· Building Awareness — Messages from Leadership — To help each employee understand the significance of health management and engage proactively, the Company's President — as the person responsible for health management — issues a "Health Management Declaration" addressed to all employees. In addition, by utilizing a "Health Scoring Report" that aggregates health examination results and having occupational physicians and public health nurses report and make recommendations to management on a regular basis, a system has been established for leadership to grasp the current situation and translate it into actionable measures. · Establishing Behavioral Habits — Sustaining Health with Enjoyment — To prevent health activities from being one-time events, the Company holds the "MSE Walking Cup," an inter-team walking event aimed at building consistent exercise habits. By promoting communication among employees and providing opportunities to engage in health activities enjoyably, the program fosters daily behavioral change. · Creating a Healthy Work Environment — A Workplace that Supports Physical and Mental Wellbeing — The Company also focuses on creating an environment where employees can continue working with peace of mind, both physically and mentally. Mental health training sessions on the themes of "self-care" and "line care" are conducted for both employees and managers, building awareness from a preventive perspective and encouraging practical application in the workplace.
Going forward, the Company will continue to create an environment where employees and their families can remain healthy and work safely and securely, pursuing both employee growth and the sustained creation of corporate value, while contributing to the resolution of social issues through its business activities.
