NTT Urban Solutions Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasushi Ikeda) announces its participation in the large-scale architectural experience event 'Tokyo Architecture Festival 2026' (Organizer: Tokyo Architecture Festival Executive Committee), to be held from Saturday, May 16, 2026, to Sunday, May 24, 2026. As the NTT Urban Solutions Group, guided tours will be conducted for four properties: 'NTT Hibiya Tower,' 'Harajuku Quest/WITH HARAJUKU,' and 'Shinagawa Season Terrace.' During the guided tours, project managers will explain the development concepts and design intentions of each building. For details, please visit the Tokyo Architecture Festival 2026 official website (https://2026.kenchikusai.tokyo/) and apply. NTT Hibiya Tower, scheduled for completion in 2031 (Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome district), will be a large-scale complex of approximately 360,000 sqm, featuring offices, halls, commercial facilities, hotels, and public spaces open to the city, located near Hibiya Park. This guided tour will introduce the project overview and design intent, as well as guide visitors inside the construction site, which is usually inaccessible. Experience the site of urban change, accessible only before completion. Harajuku Quest and WITH HARAJUKU, located in front of Harajuku Station, are promoting co-creative urban development that reconnects Omotesando and Harajuku/Takeshita Street through a passage within the buildings, layering the city's memory and renewal. They are creating a place where visitors, workers, and residents naturally interact, embracing Harajuku's duality and envisioning a 'next map' where old and new, commerce, and culture coexist. Explore how Harajuku is connected by walking through the area. Shinagawa Season Terrace integrates greenery and public spaces above urban infrastructure with state-of-the-art offices. In addition to high environmental performance, it is equipped with BCP (Business Continuity Plan) functions to ensure business continuity even in emergencies. This tour will introduce the planning background and design philosophy, allowing visitors to experience the mechanisms supporting the city and the charm of the space by walking through it.
