NTT TechnoCross Launches 'BizFront®/NaviAct' to Reduce the Burden of Complex Administrative Tasks with Operation Support for Windows Apps and Automated Processing Across Multiple Applications

NTT TechnoCross Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Atsuko Oka; hereinafter "NTT TechnoCross") will begin offering "BizFront®/NaviAct," a Digital Adoption Platform (hereinafter "DAP tool (*1)") that aims to reduce the burden of complex administrative tasks by providing a function to add operation navigation to Windows application screens without modifying existing systems, and an automated processing function that spans multiple applications, starting from April 1, 2026.

■ Background

With the recent decline in the working population, many companies are required to strengthen their competitiveness and pass on business knowledge with limited human resources. While the use of IT is expected to solve these challenges, many business systems that have been used for a long time in organizations have complex and difficult-to-understand operations and screens, leading to the personalization of tasks and a decrease in on-site productivity.

Since a radical overhaul of such systems requires enormous costs and time, DAP tools are being utilized as one solution to make existing systems easier to use by displaying operation procedures on the screen. However, conventional DAP tools primarily target web applications, and products compatible with Windows applications, which are still widely used by many companies, have been limited.
