District Name for "(Provisional Name) Uchisaiwaicho 1-Chome District Development Project" Decided as "HIBIYA CROSSPARK"

The developers promoting the development of the "Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome District (Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "this district")" have decided on "HIBIYA CROSSPARK" as the district name for the "(Provisional Name) Uchisaiwaicho 1-Chome District Development Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project")", and have formulated a logo mark and the district concept "Let's become a place where the wind is born." We are also pleased to announce the launch of the "HIBIYA CROSSPARK" website and concept movie. "HIBIYA CROSSPARK" Completion Image This project is a large-scale mixed-use development consisting of three areas: the North District, Central District, and South District, with a total floor area of approximately 1.1 million square meters, one of the largest in the city center, comprising diverse uses such as offices, commercial facilities, and hotels. Towards overall completion, the South District tower is scheduled to be completed in fiscal year 2028, followed by the NTT Hibiya Tower in the Central District in fiscal year 2031. ■ District Name "HIBIYA CROSSPARK" Based on the business concept "TOKYO CROSS PARK Concept," this district aims to create a town where the following values are born as a "junction" connecting surrounding stations, major city centers, and the adjacent Hibiya Park. Leveraging its scale as one of the largest in the city center with a total floor area of approximately 1.1 million square meters, it aims to be a town that integrates with Hibiya Park, where people want to visit, offering both comfort and quality. A town that is an extension of daily life where people can easily visit, yet encounter new discoveries and values they don't usually experience each time they visit. A town with multifaceted aspects as a junction of major areas in the city center, constantly evolving as different things and diverse people intersect and resonate. The coined word "CROSSPARK," combining the two words "CROSS" and "PARK," has been adopted, and each word embodies the following meanings: "CROSS": A junction where diverse values resonate It is a district where various people, things, and events resonate and co-create, and where values such as newness and comfort can be felt. It is located at the junction of Japan's leading business and commercial areas such as Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yurakucho, Ginza, Kasumigaseki, and Shimbashi, and is blessed with greenery and water, adjacent to the Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park.
