Nippon Travel Agency Forms Capital and Business Alliance with Innovative Space Carrier

Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) announced a capital and business alliance with Tokyo-based space startup Innovative Space Carrier Inc. NTA invested 500 million yen as part of a 3.2 billion yen third-party allotment of shares. Under the agreement signed on March 26, 2026, NTA has secured exclusive global sales rights for Innovative Space Carrier's crewed transportation services, which include point-to-point (P2P) high-speed travel and orbital stay services. Both companies will collaborate on product development, reservation systems, and market promotion to prepare for the commercialization of space tourism.
