Nippon Steel Trading Corporation Acquires AS9120B Aerospace Quality Management System Certification

Nippon Steel Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company") has acquired AS9120B certification, an international standard for quality management systems in the aerospace industry.

AS9120B is one of the "AS9100 series" which adds specific requirements for the aerospace industry to the international standard for quality management systems "ISO 9001". It targets distributors and wholesalers, requiring thorough quality assurance and traceability of products in the supply chain. This time, our Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Special Steel Sales Department and Steel Trade Logistics Department collaborated to acquire the certification.

The aerospace industry demands the world's strictest standards for product safety and reliability, and in material procurement, preventing counterfeit products and ensuring high traceability are indispensable. We have contributed to the development of this industry through the export of titanium products and supply chain management. In the continuously expanding market environment, we acquired this certification to provide greater peace of mind and safety to our customers.
