Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahiro Miwa) turned off the lighting for corporate logos and company name signs displayed on the outer walls of the "LOGIFRONT" series logistics facilities it operates and manages (8 out of 12 facilities in 5 prefectures nationwide) during the nights of April 22 (Wed) and 23 (Thu), to coincide with "Earth Day," which aims to think about and take action on global environmental issues.

Our company endorsed "Earth Day," which considers global environmental issues, and asked for cooperation from tenant companies as a power-saving activity at logistics facilities that catch the eyes of many people. We engaged in turning off the lights together with the companies that supported this initiative.

Furthermore, this initiative was carried out in cooperation with companies participating in the Logistics Business Committee of the Real Estate Companies Association of Japan that agreed with the spirit of Earth Day, in response to a call from the committee. Under our mission of "Facing people, building cities," our company contributes to the realization of a sustainable society, such as environmental consideration, as a comprehensive developer.
