HARUMI FLAG has achieved GOLD ratings in international environmental certifications "LEED-ND" and "SITES".

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the 11 designated developers of the Harumi 5-chome West District Class 1 Urban Redevelopment Project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") are pleased to announce that HARUMI FLAG, a large-scale mixed-use development in Tokyo, has achieved GOLD ratings in the "ND (Neighborhood Development)" Built Project certification under the international environmental performance certification system "LEED®" operated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC®), and the "SITES® (The Sustainable SITES Initiative)" full certification, which primarily evaluates landscape sustainability.
