The Department of Health and Sports at Niigata University of Health and Welfare, part of the NSG Group, will host the "cook & exercise Oyako Genki Studio" on July 20, 2026 (Monday/Holiday), for elementary school students and their guardians. This event, which combines cooking and exercise, allows children to prepare lunch in a kitchen separated by glass, while guardians enjoy activities such as dancing and stretching in the gymnasium. It was successfully revived last year after a six-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and due to its popularity, it will be held again this year. We sincerely look forward to your participation.
