NPO Seitai-kai, based in Kita-ku, Osaka and chaired by Allen Miner, will co-host a startup event titled “Innovation Born from Kansai in the AI Era” with REACH REACH and Unicorn Farm Co., Ltd. The event will be held on Friday, May 22, at Mainichi Broadcasting System’s Chapura Stage in Kita-ku, Osaka. The event will feature Masayuki Tadokoro, a serial entrepreneur known for books including Startup Science. Based on his latest book, Startup Science Ver.2, published in March 2026, Tadokoro will speak about business design for winning in the AI era and the entrepreneurial strategies required for the coming age. Three regional startups will also deliver pitches and receive direct feedback from Tadokoro. A networking session will follow, offering entrepreneurs, companies, and supporters a chance to connect and contribute to the growth of the Kansai startup ecosystem. By combining REACH REACH’s communication capabilities, Unicorn Farm’s startup expertise, and Seitai-kai’s work in building regional ecosystems, the organizers aim to create a platform where new challenges can emerge from Kansai. The event will run from 17:30 to 20:30, with doors opening at 17:00. Capacity is limited to 100 attendees, and there will be no online streaming. The seminar is free, while the networking reception costs 1,000 yen. Registration is accepted only through Peatix.
