The 'Soramo Fes,' organized by STARMARIE, a three-member unit that travels the world, will be held on Sunday, May 31st, at Hamamatsu Station Front Soramo.

STARMARIE is a fantasy unit formed 18 years ago. They are artists with ties to Shizuoka, having hosted 'Fantasy Traveler' on K-MIX every Saturday at 8:00 PM for 10 years.

Guests include comedian 'Kumamushi,' 'Kyotaro' who is also familiar from K-MIX, and 'Kokona' from Numazu City.

Many food trucks will participate, making it a festival that will surely satisfy those who want to eat heartily, as well as those looking for desserts and drinks.

The connection between 'STARMARIE' and 'Wan-Nyan no Kai'

In 2022, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Wan-Nyan no Kai and STARMARIE met. They were struggling because they couldn't hold live performances and connect with fans. We (Wan-Nyan no Kai) were troubled because we couldn't hold adoption events, yet many cats were being born. We found common ground in our activities themed 'life and death.' Supporting each other, we have walked together ever since. Within K-MIX's 'Fantasy Traveler,' adoption event information in Shizuoka Prefecture is always broadcast.

Three organizations from the prefecture gather at 'Soramo Fes'!

LeaLea (Hamamatsu City)

LeaLea

LeaLea, active in Hamamatsu City, protects 30 dogs and cats each in shelters and works to connect them with new owners.

Together with Wan-Nyan no Kai, they hold lectures for children and are also committed to enlightenment activities to prevent the birth of unfortunate animals.

Sourire (Shizuoka City)

Sourire

Sourire, a dog protection organization active mainly in Shizuoka City, protects dogs abandoned due to owner circumstances and those housed in public health centers, connecting them with new owners.

Some of them have been abused and closed their hearts, or have been left with serious illnesses, but all have met wonderful families and found happiness.

Wan-Nyan no Kai (Yaizu City, Fujieda City)

Although dogs and cats will not participate on the day, each organization will hold exhibitions introducing their activities and protected animals.

Charity goods will be sold, and of course, 'donations' will be accepted.

We will also respond to consultations such as 'I want to adopt a protected animal' or 'I want to start volunteering,' so please feel free to stop by our booth!
