April. It's safe to say this is the busiest time of year for HR professionals.
Onboarding new hires, running training programs, simultaneously planning next year's recruitment... HR teams are absolutely slammed. 'Jinji-ru Bu' is a group where hard-working HR folks gather regularly — but because they work so hard, April is simply not the time for networking events.
So we decided to just own it and host 'an HR networking event with zero HR people attending.'

No HR People Coming. The Spin-Off HR Mixer
The regular 'Jinji-ru Bu' runs as one of the largest HR networking events in the Kansai region, themed around knowledge sharing and skill development.
This time, however, it's strictly a spin-off. HR industry folks getting together to simply have drinks, debate which pizza flavor to order. Come as you are, no pressure. (Veterans welcome too.)
Gathering with people from the same industry can make you a little guarded. That's exactly why we've set up an environment that deliberately leans into 'off-mode.' In a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, we hope you'll find colleagues you can actually work alongside.
The main attraction this time is a 'Gaming Tournament Full of HR Industry People.' We've lined up a smash-hit classic that the 30s and 40s crowd probably played approximately 6.4 billion times in their youth. Let's settle once and for all who the real champion is.
