【HR Networking Event】"Jinjiru-bu," the monthly HR gathering, faces a major off-season slump. On Friday, April 24th, we're pivoting to an exclusive networking event for HR industry professionals.

April. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say this is the busiest time of year for HR professionals.

Onboarding new employees, managing training sessions, and simultaneously pushing forward next year's recruitment plans... HR is swamped. "Jinjiru-bu" is a place where hardworking HR professionals gather regularly, but because they are so hardworking, networking is the last thing on their minds in April.

So, we've decided to just lean into it and host an "HR Networking Event where no HR people show up."

Friday, April 24th, will be a networking event exclusively for people in the HR industry.

No HR people are coming. An extra edition HR networking event

Usually, "Jinjiru-bu" is held as one of the largest HR networking events in Kansai, focusing on knowledge sharing and skill improvement.

However, this time is strictly an "extra edition." It's a chance for people in the HR industry to simply grab a drink and debate which pizza toppings to order. Let's gather and relax. (Experienced professionals are also welcome.)

When people from the same industry get together, things can get a bit stiff. That's why we've prepared an environment that's fully switched "off." We hope you can find work comrades within a relaxed and comfortable distance.

Furthermore, the main attraction this time is a "Game Tournament full of Recruitment Industry folks." We've prepared a smash-hit masterpiece that those in their 30s and 40s must have played 6.4 billion times as boys. Let's settle once and for all who is truly the strongest.
