[HR Networking Event] "Jinjiru-bu," the monthly HR gathering, faces an off-season crisis. On Friday, April 24th, we're pivoting to hold a networking event exclusively for those with HR experience.

April. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the busiest time for HR professionals.

Dealing with new employees, managing training programs, and planning for the next year's recruitment all at once... HR is incredibly busy. "Jinjiru-bu" is a regular gathering for hardworking HR professionals, but precisely because they work so hard, April is not the time for a networking event.

So, we've decided to embrace the situation and hold an "HR networking event with no HR professionals attending."

On Friday, April 24th, it will be a networking event exclusively for people in the HR industry.

No HR Professionals Are Coming. A Special Edition HR Networking Event

The usual "Jinjiru-bu" is held as one of the largest HR networking events in the Kansai region, with the theme of sharing knowledge and improving skills.

However, this time is strictly a special edition. People from the HR industry will gather to simply have a drink, argue about which pizza flavor to get, and relax. (Experienced professionals are also welcome.)

When people from the same industry gather, they tend to be a bit guarded. That's why we've intentionally created a completely "off-duty" environment. We hope you can find colleagues in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Incidentally, this event's main feature is a "Game Tournament for the Talent Industry." We have prepared a smash-hit masterpiece that people in their 30s and 40s probably played 6.4 billion times in their youth. Let's settle once and for all who is truly the strongest.
