Profile of Desired Interns

This internship values the attitude of co-creating questions, testing them on a small scale, and shaping them based on feedback. Rather than waiting to deliver a perfect final product, interns are expected to share work at 60% completion, receive feedback, and iterate—this internship is designed as a space for such practical cycles.

Past interns did not start with specialized expertise either. They began from simple interests like 'I’m somewhat interested in agriculture' or 'I’d like to try using AI,' and connected their passions to Metagri’s activities.

For example:

- An intern passionate about cafés has worked on menu planning using farmers’ ingredients, prototyping dishes, creating POP displays, and preparing for event day operations—gaining experience in conveying the appeal of agriculture through real-world implementation.

- An intern skilled in social media has taken on Instagram posts, farmer introductions, and audio content creation, continuously improving the next post based on audience reactions.

- A gaming enthusiast intern has created agricultural experiences on Roblox. By having community members play and provide feedback, their favorite game has become an entry point to agriculture.

- An intern interested in systems and AI has developed bots to support Discord operations, organized data, and written specifications—gaining experience in thinking about 'whose specific problems this system solves.'
