[Minamiuonuma x Socialups Inc.] Minamiuonuma City Entrepreneur Incubation Support Project Kicks Off Again in Reiwa 8th Year (2026)

Socialups Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Akimitsu Takase) will continue to be involved in the operation of the Minamiuonuma City Entrepreneur Incubation Support Project in collaboration with Minamiuonuma City and the General Incorporated Association Minamiuonuma City Community Development Promotion Organization in Reiwa 8 (2026). This initiative, which began in 2021, is now entering its sixth year.

Building upon the achievements of previous years, this year we will further deepen the program with more practical content, fully supporting the challenges of entrepreneurs and innovators in Minamiuonuma.

About the Minamiuonuma City Entrepreneur Incubation Support Project

Based on our entrepreneur support and startup promotion business, we have been providing hands-on support for the 'Minamiuonuma City Entrepreneur Incubation Support Project' since 2021, while developing support systems, nurturing entrepreneurs, and forming ecosystems in various local governments.

Minamiuonuma City is developing support centered on providing 'places,' 'funding,' and 'people/opportunities' to foster an entrepreneurial culture in the region. Socialups specializes in the 'people/opportunities' domain, offering practical hands-on support ranging from brainstorming business ideas to public relations strategies and fundraising assistance.

As a result, over 17 entrepreneurs have been born in the past five years, and businesses that have successfully raised equity funding or secured large loans have emerged, achieving results that are attracting attention beyond the region. In Reiwa 8 (2026), we will continue to expand this circle of hands-on support in collaboration with Minamiuonuma City and the General Incorporated Association Minamiuonuma City Community Development Promotion Organization.

Reiwa 8th Year 'Challenge Support Project Subsidy' Recipients

The following six businesses have been selected as recipients of the Reiwa 8th Year 'Challenge Support Project Subsidy.'

Projects tackling Minamiuonuma's diverse challenges and potentials have gathered, spanning tourism, agriculture, technology, education, livestock, and community development. While each faces different business phases and challenges, we will face each one individually and provide hands-on support, walking alongside them.
