While the original menu uses glass noodles, we have adopted our chef's special konjac noodles so you can enjoy it deliciously while keeping the sugar content low. The noodles maintain a firm texture even after freezing and microwave heating, and the characteristic smell of konjac is not a concern. By crafting them into flat noodles that hold the sauce well, we have achieved an uncompromisingly satisfying eating experience. The main dish features beef and colorful vegetables tossed in an appetizing savory and spicy sauce, accompanied by side dishes of 'Spinach and Corn Namul' with a gentle flavor and a refreshing 'Eggplant and Edamame Salad.'
