3. Honorary Director Event "Nanbu-san! Can I ask you? Part 3 Crest Edition"

Content: We will hear from Morioka Historical and Cultural Museum Honorary Director Nanbu Toshifumi about the Nanbu family's family crests. After that, we will view the exhibits featuring family crests together with Nanbu.

A special book featuring the Nanbu family crest, using materials from the Morioka Historical and Cultural Museum collection as motifs.

4. Suspended Curtain Upcycling Goods

Bags and aprons were made using suspended curtains that decorated the exterior walls of the Morioka Historical and Cultural Museum for each exhibition. Please have a unique good that is only in the world along with the memory of the exhibition.

15th Anniversary Special Exhibition

1. Proof of the House - Tracing the Nanbu Family through Family Crests

Period: June 27 (Sat)~August 31 (Mon)

Content: Through weapons, furnishings, and documentary materials adorned with the Nanbu family's family crests, we will see how the Nanbu family has used family crests. Please enjoy the world of family crests related to the Nanbu family.

2. Morioka Domain Product Exhibition - The Strength of the Nanbu Brand

Period: October 3 (Sat)~December 14 (Mon)

Content: Through examples of products produced and produced within the domain that supported the economy of the Morioka domain, we will introduce one aspect of the reality of the vast Morioka domain.

*Note: Admission fee to the exhibition room is required for special exhibitions.

Morioka Castle and Castle Town Field Museum A town museum located in a corner of Morioka Castle Ruins Park. The first floor is free and introduces festivals representing Morioka and seasonal tourist information. The second floor exhibition room (paid) displays materials related to the history of the Morioka domain and the lord Nanbu family.
