"Ono Minna de Festival" Held as a Circulatory Event in Four Areas Including Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross

Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo / President and Representative Director: Daisaku Matsuo), JCOM Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President and Representative Director: Yoichi Iwaki), and Tully's Coffee Japan Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / President and Representative Executive Officer: Shuji Uchiyama) have established the area management organization "Sagami-Ono Minna no Kyogikai" (Nickname: Omin), with the goal of forming a continuous axis of liveliness from the vicinity of Sagami-Ono Station (Kanagawa Prefecture) to the Ohno Cross Plaza within the Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross site and Sagami-Ono Central Park. The three companies are participating as members.

We are pleased to announce that we held the "Ono Minna de Festival," a circulatory town opening event, in the entire Sagami-Ono Station area for two days on May 15 (Fri.) and 16 (Sat.), 2026.

1. About the Area Management Organization "Sagami-Ono Minna no Kyogikai" (Nickname: Omin)

The "Sagami-Ono Minna no Kyogikai" is primarily active with the three companies: Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd., the developer of "Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross"; JCOM Co., Ltd., the operator of Ohno Cross Plaza; and Tully's Coffee Japan Co., Ltd., the operator of the cafe established within Sagami-Ono Central Park. The organization aims to form a continuous axis of liveliness from the area around Sagami-Ono Station to Ohno Cross Plaza within the Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross site and Sagami-Ono Central Park. By connecting scattered resources such as stations, commercial facilities, and parks in a planar manner and promoting area management in collaboration with the public sector, local government, and the community, it aims to enhance the overall value of the Sagami-Ono Station area. 2. About the Event

This event is an initiative aimed at connecting and rediscovering the charm and activities of the town, with the residents of Sagami-Ono as the main focus. Over two days, participants had the opportunity to experience various activities and initiatives while touring the town, with four areas serving as venues: Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross Ohno Cross Plaza, Corridor Street, Sagami-Ono Central Park, and Sagami Women's University Green Hall.

At the Proud Tower Sagami-Ono Cross Ohno Cross Plaza, one of the venues, a tape-cutting ceremony was held on the first day of the event, and a Day & Night Market offering different atmospheres during the day and night was developed.

By actually walking through each area, visitors had opportunities to encounter locally rooted activities and their organizers, and to feel the diverse expressions of the town of Sagami-Ono. Approximately 4,000 people visited over the two days, including those returning from work, families, and people spending their holidays in Sagami-Ono, through markets and food and beverage offerings that utilized the lawn space (Ohno Cross Plaza).
