Yaruki Switch Group Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Naoji Takahashi; hereinafter 'Yaruki Switch Group'), which operates comprehensive educational service businesses, and Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Satoshi Arai; hereinafter 'Nomura Real Estate Holdings') have decided to introduce Yaruki Switch Group's educational platform 'Astrom.net' to the membership organizations of Nomura Real Estate Holdings' group companies, and have begun rolling it out sequentially.

Since April, it has been introduced to Nomura Real Estate's residential and office member services 'Nomura no Kurasuma' (*1) and 'NOMURA WORK-LIFE PLUS' (*2). Furthermore, on Monday, May 18, it was also launched for after-school members operated by Nomura Real Estate Life & Sports.

Background of This Initiative

In December 2022, Nomura Real Estate Holdings invested in Yaruki Switch Group HD, concluding a capital and business alliance agreement. The introduction of 'Astrom.net' this time is an attempt to build long-term partnerships by staying close to every moment of the daily lives of customers and their children, using residential and office building services as the entry point.
