This facility is the second location following "SHARE LOUNGE Kameido with H¹T," the first collaborative store that fuses the "SHARE LOUNGE" developed by CCC with the satellite-type shared office "H¹T" (Human First Time) developed by Nomura Real Estate. It will be located on the 9th floor of the Harumi Triton Square Office Tower Y, coinciding with the building's renewal.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, telework has become widespread, and work styles have shifted significantly toward flexible models that combine home, office, and third-place environments. Consequently, there is a strong demand for office buildings to expand their functionality beyond mere workspaces, allowing users to switch environments for various purposes such as individual focus, team meetings, inter-company networking, or taking a break. Furthermore, as the reasons for commuting to the office are being redefined, "ease of work" and "comfort" are gaining attention as essential values in office spaces.

In addition to the features of "SHARE LOUNGE," which provides a comfortable space that customers can use freely as either a cafe or a workspace, this facility includes seats exclusively for "H¹T" members, a hallmark of these collaborative stores. By incorporating a large number of meeting rooms within the work area, the facility caters to the needs of small businesses and can also be used for business receptions. Furthermore, companies that have a corporate contract with "H¹T" and are tenants of the Harumi Triton Square office building will receive a 20% discount on the usage fees for this facility.
