Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CEO and President: Hiroyasu Koike, hereinafter "the Company") has released the results of the "Investor Insights 2025 - Survey on Defined Contribution Pensions -" conducted by our Asset Management Research Center.

This survey was conducted through questionnaires regarding understanding and intention to use systems such as corporate defined contribution plans and individual defined contribution plans (iDeCo), selection of investment products, asset management status, and continuous investment education.

An internet survey was conducted from January 9th to 13th, 2026, targeting 8,774 individuals aged 20 to 69.

【Key Survey Findings】

■ Awareness of defined contribution pension systems has improved compared to the previous 2024 survey, and current participants have a high intention to continue using the system.

■ Regarding the asset allocation ratio of investment products, the ratio of principal-guaranteed products (deposits, insurance) among all DC participants is around 15%. "Products to be selected in the future" are often index funds such as "Global Equity Funds".

■ Satisfaction with DC plans has increased compared to the 2024 survey.
