Our organization endorses April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams. This press release is the dream of "NoMaps Asahikawa."

We envision the Asahikawa and Kamikawa regions in 30 years as a "city where people who challenge themselves and those who support them are commonplace."
Where one person's challenge inspires the next, and a circle of support naturally expands.
This is a future where such a cycle is firmly rooted in this region.
NoMaps Asahikawa continues to move towards realizing this dream, with the theme of "GIFT & Connect Asahikawa ~Gifts Born from Challenges and Connections~".
We are now recruiting companies and partners to realize this dream together.
We are serious about creating a future where challenging oneself is no longer "special" in this city.

## Challenges Already Underway

NoMaps Asahikawa was first held in 2025, organized by volunteers who resonated with the desire to energize the Asahikawa and Kamikawa regions. Over 500 participants from within and outside the region, from students to working professionals, gathered, fostering dialogue and exchange across generations and positions.

Beyond mere sessions, new connections and buds of challenges are emerging from encounters and conversations at the event.
Encounters are happening everywhere at the venue
MeetUps were also held, with speakers and participants mingling and interacting

Currently, the student-led project "Asahikawa Mirai Hyakkei" is also underway.
In this initiative, students themselves interview people and companies active in the region, putting into words their respective visions of "Asahikawa in 30 years."
This project, which connects aspirations across generations and fields while envisioning 100 different futures, has already begun to create a "cycle of challenges and support."
