■ Comments from Staff

When you are a new employee, it's difficult to ask your seniors questions. You're afraid of being told, "You don't even know that?" On the other hand, you often hear stories of people saying, "I can't do what I haven't been taught."

In new employee training, themes that occur frequently are prioritized. However, there are many things that new employees struggle with that are not taught in training. For example, managing money, writing envelopes, and rules for dining out – it's embarrassing to ask, and when you search, you find a lot of information, making it difficult to determine what is correct.

We wanted to be able to tell such new professionals, "Just read this, and you'll be fine!" so we carefully selected the content.

This is a book that we highly recommend for those in charge of new employee training or those struggling with the etiquette education of newly assigned juniors.
