This system certifies sales staff who possess VAIO product knowledge and consulting skills as "VAIO Meisters." Concurrently, "VAIO Shop in Shop," where customers can experience Microsoft 365 AI functions and unique VAIO features, will be launched at four Nojima stores starting April 7, 2026. Through this initiative, VAIO and Nojima aim to improve the purchasing experience at Nojima stores and deliver the value of AI PCs and the appeal of VAIO to more customers. ■"VAIO Meister" Overview "VAIO Meister" are sales staff who have met conditions such as passing prescribed examinations and achieving sales results, in addition to possessing knowledge of VAIO products.
