The theme for this season's cuisine is 'Wa-Nouvelle Cuisine Stimulation.' Meaning 'accent/stimulation' in French, the menu allows guests to feel the 'accent' in every dish through refreshing presentation, alongside seasonal summer ingredients, designed to help you feel the arrival of summer in Hakone.

The menu is available from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

Traditionally, a course meal begins with an aperitif. However, wishing for guests to enjoy warm dishes made with Kotaro Suzuki's signature dashi (stock) at their best, the meal will begin with a dish themed around this dashi.
