Spring Literary Cocktail "Salt Dog with Cherry Blossoms " ~With Three Flavors~ As an aperitif, we offer an original cocktail, "Salt Dog with Cherry Blossoms," inspired by a tanka poem by Akiko Yosano, a poet who loved cherry blossoms. This elegant drink, adorned with salt-pickled cherry blossoms, is designed to be enjoyed with changing flavors, gracefully enhancing the lingering essence of spring.
2026 Spring Menu - Appetizer
~A Total of 7 Dishes Themed Around Yugawara & Nearby Memorial Halls, Popular Facilities, Scenery, Temples, Entertainment, History, Nature, etc.~ The appetizers are crafted with the theme of the blessings of local Yugawara and its surroundings, offering a taste of seasonal flavors in seven small dishes. We recommend enjoying the dishes starting from the "Deep-fried and Simmered Five Kinds of Vegetables" in the white dish at the back, proceeding clockwise, and finishing with the white sesame tofu.
