We have introduced a new "Dashi Bar" to our lounge service, which offers various hospitality experiences throughout the day. For spring, we are offering three types of dashi (broth): "Bonito," "Kombu (kelp)," and "Shrimp," along with toppings such as "Ume (pickled plum)," "Fu (wheat gluten)," and "Tororo Kombu (shredded kelp)."

"Dashi-katsu" (incorporating dashi into one's diet) is currently a trending topic, known for being gentle on the stomach when hungry and potentially offering digestive benefits. Why not take a relaxing break in our lounge before dinner and enjoy a cup?
