Shogetsu Grand Hotel, operated by Noguchi Kankou Management, has launched a new 'Dashi Bar' in its 6th-floor lounge. From March through May, guests can enjoy three types of dashi—bonito, kelp, and shrimp—with toppings such as plum, fu, and tororo kombu. The service is available from 16:00 to 18:00, offering a relaxing experience before dinner.
