"For Good Tsukuba West" Sales to Begin in September

Noble Home Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Eiji Fukui; hereinafter "Noble Home"), headquartered in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and operating a housing business centered on new homes, renovations, and real estate in Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Chiba prefectures, will begin sales of the large-scale residential development "For Good Tsukuba West" this September.

■ Project Overview

This residential development is a large-scale project with a total of 193 lots, a collaborative effort by 24 home builders and other companies, aiming to become a model block for a new era in cooperation with Ibaraki Prefecture and Tsukuba City.
