They will be grand opening the Utsunomiya West Model House at the CRT Housing Utsunomiya West Venue in Utsunomiya City.
The attractions of this model house will be introduced in two parts. The first part will focus on the features and concept of the model house, and the second part will cover the interior spaces and highlights of each area.

A wood deck with deep eaves gently connects the living room and the garden, creating a space where each family member can comfortably spend their time while feeling the light, wind, and seasonal changes.
Furthermore, at this model house, to allow visitors to experience the difference in living spaces tailored to family lifestyles, we have prepared two distinct areas: an open "Connected Living Room" where the family naturally gathers, and a "Down Floor Living Room" which is slightly sunken for a more relaxed atmosphere.
